Indigo West Palm Beach — Floor Plan Comparison

1500 Centrepark Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 · Toured & quoted 07/13/2026 · Applicant: Aurélie Caton · Quote expires 07/15/2026

Aurélie's guardrails — every option below is checked against these

✔ Result: All three priced units clear the $2,800 rent ceiling. On the floor rule, only Unit 517 (5th floor) qualifies today — B4 is 1st floor (out), and B2's floor still needs confirming.

3 · Layout notes, plan by plan

A1 · Studio · 640 sf — one open room combining living, sleeping, and kitchen, plus a walk-in closet and bath. Efficient but no separation; only a play if maximizing savings, and it wasn't priced.

B1 · 1 bed · 688 sf — the smallest 1-bed, with an angular/wedge footprint. A true separate bedroom, but the irregular geometry trims usable square footage.

B2 · 1 bed · 720 sf — the cleanest rectangular layout: separate bedroom, open living/kitchen, one bath. Compact and well-proportioned. The cost here buys the lake/pool exposure, not extra space.

B3 · 1 bed · 745 sf — a blockier L-shape with a defined bedroom and what looks like an island or peninsula kitchen. A solid middle option that wasn't priced on the tour.

B4 · 1 bed · 777 sf — an angled corner-style unit with a large open living area and separate bedroom. All hard flooring (no carpet) is a real win for cleaning, allergies, and durability; 1st floor means no stairs but slightly less privacy. Best space-for-money on the sheet.

B5 · 1 bed · 793 sf (Unit 517) — the largest plan: a rectangular core with an angled section, separate bedroom, full kitchen, and the biggest living room. Confirmed shower + tub and EV-parking eligibility. Note: Aurélie jotted "smallest?" beside it, but by the numbers it's actually the largest — worth confirming she didn't swap a label.

4 · What it costs to move in

Using B5 (her pick) at $2,567 rent. Swap in $2,467 for B4 or $2,527 for B2 — the fees are identical.

Pets (max 2)$500 / $250One-time + $25/mo rent each
UtilitiesvariesElectric (FPL), water (usage), internet (AT&T/Xfinity) — all on resident

Watch the "all-in" number vs. the rent rule: her $2,800 cap is on rent. B5 rent is $2,567, but rent + trash + EV parking = $2,772/mo in recurring cost before utilities — comfortably under $2,800 on rent, but tighter once the EV spot is added.

5 · Location & commute from 610 Clematis

Walking: 1.9 miles · ~42 minutes via S Australian Ave (route is flat). A near-identical 2.0-mi route runs via S Tamarind + S Australian.

Reality check: that's a deliberate 40-min walk west toward the I-95 / Centrepark office corridor — roughly a 7–9 minute drive or short rideshare. It is not within the walkable downtown Clematis/Rosemary core.
